All art sales are packed and shipped securely once payment clears.  Standard shipping costs apply to cover Domestic and International fees.  This money is considered in addition to the final purchase price, $50 for Domestic and $100 International.  Paypal is the method of payment through online service and subject to all conditions issued by Paypal.  Refunds are subject to prior approval and should be submitted in writing within 7 days of confirmed delivery.  Buyer pays all return shipping costs and damage inspection determines amount of refund of original purchase minus 10% stocking fee.  It is our intent to do all possible to insure your satisfaction with your new art purchase.  All work is guaranteed to be an original unpublished and authentic artwork by the artist listed.  Copyrights and duplication privileges remain the sole property of Kris Courtney and agents.  Any violation of any kind will be enforced by all legal and proper channels available to the full extent.
